Where do you ship?
European Union, United Kingdom, United States and Canada.
Will I pay customs or duties?
EU: nothing to pay on delivery. The price at checkout is the final price. UK, US and Canada: your parcel ships from outside your country, so the carrier may charge import duties, taxes or a handling fee on delivery. These are not included in our prices and we can’t refund them.
What is Shipping protection?
An optional service for €7.50 that you can add in the cart. If your parcel is lost, damaged on the way, or marked delivered but never reaches you, we reship or refund straight away. One email, no forms. Without it, your rights stay the same: we are still responsible for getting your order to you. We just follow the carrier’s claim process first.
What if my address is wrong?
Please check it at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we send it again once, free. A second reshipment costs the €8 flat rate.
How do returns work?
We pay the return label. You choose: a new size or your money back. 30-day cash-back on top of your legal 14-day right of withdrawal. Returns come back to us in Luxembourg.
